We're taking part in the Krazy Kosci Klimb!
We're so proud to be part of Team Safiya for the Krazy Kosci Klimb, helping her reach the top of Australia’s highest mountain - proudly supported by Nexon!
The Krazy Kosci Klimb is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for young people with cerebral palsy or similar disabilities, and this year we’re walking beside 13-year-old Safiya as she takes on the challenge.
By supporting our team, you’re helping to create more opportunities for young people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities through Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s Health and Wellness Program.
We can’t wait to cheer Safiya all the way to the summit and your support makes it possible!
About Safiya:
Thoughtful, Funny & Ready to Reach the Summit
Safiya may be a self-confessed introvert, but give her a mic and a stage and she shines in public speaking and debates. She’s thoughtful, observant, and has a witty spark that makes her totally magnetic, especially if you get her chatting over movies or pasta.
On the weekends, you’ll likely find Safiya relaxing, trying out new hobbies, or hanging with her pet lizard Cleopatra. If she could have any superpower, it’d be invisibility, not for hiding, but to quietly take in every moment and conversation happening around her.
Safiya finds inspiration in other kids and adults with spina bifida, people who show what's possible, no matter the challenge. Now, she’s ready to do something bold herself: take on the Krazy Kosci Klimb.
“I’ve never done anything like this before, and I really want to reach the summit.”
With Kendrick Lamar and SZA on her playlist, tropical beach dreams in her heart, and a whole lot of quiet determination, Safiya is ready to climb, and we’ll be cheering every step of the way.
