Participant Registration

The Krazy Kosci Klimb is an amazing experience for the lead participant and their team members.

Lead Participant

If you are someone aged between 12-20 years old living with cerebral palsy or a similar disability and would like to challenge yourself to do the Krazy Kosci Klimb, registrations open in July for the following year.

We receive many applications each year for the Krazy Kosci Klimb and unfortunately we cannot take everyone as we have limited positions available each year.

Team Members

Each team is made up of 9 people.  This includes the lead participant and three family members, four people from the team sponsor and a team leader from Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

We will do our best to pair lead participants, team sponsor and team leader within close proximity for convenience.

Physical Requirements

All team members need to be physically fit as the climb is 18km round trip from Charlottes Pass up to Mt Kosciusko and then back down to Charlottes Pass.

The climb is a walk and it commences about 7am in the morning and finishes between 2.00pm - 4.00pm depending on your ability and fitness.

Time Requirements

The Krazy Kosci Kimb is not just a weekend event it is a journey over five months with your team.

The first team meeting is in November at Cerebral Palsy Alliance campus, from here you work with your team to do practice walks and fundraising activities either together or seperately (restrictions permitting). Your team leader will be able to guide you along your journey.

In February prior to the climb there will be another pre-event team meeting at Cerebral Palsy Alliance campus.
