My name is Isaac, I am 11 and I live in Dubbo. I love life, the challenges it brings and doing things…….not because people say I can’t but because I never give up! My biggest achievement so far has been taking my first steps on my own without a walking frame and seeing the pride on everyone’s faces. My motivation for taking part in the Krazy Kosci Klimb comes from believing that I can be involved in anything. Yes, it may be a little trickier and I know I can be a lot slower than most kids my age, but I can and will succeed!
Another reason why I am tackling this challenge is because the funds raised go directly into providing essential funding for the Accessible Gym and Sports program at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Many people, including kids like me will directly benefit from the research and programs that are able to be developed as a direct result of this funding. This means we will have a greater chance of staying as healthy as possible, stronger than we could have ever imagined whilst meeting new faces along the way and enjoying every second.
